TERMS AND CONDITIONS- SNOCOOL SKI SCHOOL
Opening season :
The ski school SNOCOOL is open from the first to the last opening day of the ski lifts of the resorts where we offer lessons (except in summer in Tignes).During school holidays, it is strongly recommended to book your lessons in advance.
Participation :
Your participation requires a good physical condition (special cases please contact-us), a winter sport adapted equipment is required as well as the respect of all instructions received from your ski instructor.
Management :
Our ski instructors are fully qualified to the highest level of requirement. Any participation is subject to their appreciation on moral and physical abilities.
Safety :
Any program is subject to ski instructor’s appreciation on weather and snow conditions, and skills of participants.
Weather conditions :
In case of bad weather, no refund or postponement will be accepted if the activity is provided by SNOCOOL ski school.
Insurance :
Insurance is not included in our prices. It is essential to subscribe an insurance as « Carré Neige ». This insurance has to cover lessons cancellation, repatriation, medical assistance and injury.
Booking, Registration and Payment :
Our services can be booked online using our online ski school service, by e-mail, by phone or directly at our offices located in Tignes and Sainte Foy-Tarentaise. Your booking will be accepted after the agreement of the ESI and your payment. The total amount must be paid when you make your booking, which will then be confirmed. We accept payment by credit card, euro check or cash. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. An confirmation e-mail be sent to you. Upon confirmation of your booking, you recognize being informed of, and accepting, our terms and conditions.
Lessons cancellation :
- Refund or postponement of any lesson disclaimer or cancellation will be accepted with proof 2 weeks before the lesson.
- No refund or interchange will be provided because of an insufficient physical or technical level.
- No refund will be provided in case of stoppage of ski lessons beyong our control (such as stoppage of lifts, bad weather, …)
- No refund will be provided if our ski instructors modify, with or without warning, any program depending on weather or safety conditions.
- Lessons hours can be modified according to the opening and closing lifts hours.
Exclusions :
Insurance, Ski Equipment and Ski Pass are not included in our rates.
Pictures and videos :
On our websites, we are using pictures and videos taken during our lessons. Please, inform us before per write if you do not agree, failing that your consent will be acquired.
Accident :
n the event of an accident caused by a third party, the ski instructor and the ESI do not have any obligation to know identity of this third party. No obligation of result will be retained against the ski instructor or the ESI.
