CHILDREN GROUP LESSONS
Our children’s group lessons in Tignes offer a calm, friendly and caring environment where children can discover and improve their skiing.
Our small groups of 4 to 6 children encourage confidence, concentration, enjoyment and progression at each child’s own pace.
Every child’s progress is celebrated with an ESi medal and a personalised level certificate at the end of the week.

Adult Group Lessons
Our adult group lessons in Tignes are designed to help you learn, improve and enjoy your skiing in a small, friendly group.
We have deliberately chosen to offer lessons on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Unlike children, adults do not necessarily need lessons every day. We believe it is important to give adults time to put into practice what they have learned, enjoy skiing freely with family or friends, and then come back to the next lesson with new sensations and new goals to work on.
With a maximum of 6 participants and a minimum of 3, our instructors can give individual attention to everyone while keeping the atmosphere relaxed, social and motivating.
We offer 2 levels only:
- Beginners – learning the basics, building confidence and discovering the slopes safely.
- Improvers – developing technique, gaining confidence and working on control and efficiency across different terrain.
A format designed for adults who want to make real progress while still having the freedom to enjoy their ski holiday.

Each session begins at the meeting point with a warm welcome, followed by a gentle warm-up and a reminder of the essential safety rules to help everyone ski with confidence.
The instructor then leads a mix of technical exercises, practical situations and guided runs, adapting the lesson content to each participant’s level and goals.
Breaks are included throughout the session to rest, fine-tune advice and fully enjoy the mountain environment of Tignes Le Lac.
Each lesson ends with personalised feedback and clear progression tips to help you continue improving on your next outing.

Beginner areas can be accessed without a ski pass. A valid ski pass is required for all other slopes. Ski passes are free for children under 8 years old.
