Beginners & Skill Levels
Who Can Join Group Lessons?
Our group lessons are open to all, even complete beginners! All you need:
- Your starting level (specified at booking),
- Basic physical fitness for outdoor activity,
- Basic ski or snowboard gear.
Our Snocool instructors adapt their teaching methods so everyone progresses at their own pace in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Age Groups & Participants
Are There Age Restrictions for Group Lessons?
Our group ski lessons are organised by age and skill level:
- Children (4–12) → Join our kids’ group lessons.
- Teens (13+) → Dynamic groups tailored to their level (see Teen FAQ).
- Adults → Groups with similar-level skiers for smooth progression.
We also offer group snowboard lessons for children.
Equipment & Preparation
What Gear Do I Need for a Group Lesson?
Every participant should bring:
- Skis or snowboard + boots (and poles for skiing),
- Helmet (mandatory for kids, recommended for adults),
- Warm, waterproof clothing,
- Goggles or sunglasses,
- Gloves, sunscreen, and lip balm.
