Discover Snocool's Levels & ESi Medals

Fun, rewarding progression for every child

A Playful, Rewarding Progression for Every Child

At Snocool, every children’s ski lesson is designed to foster progression, motivation, and confidence.
We follow the official École de Ski Internationale (ESi) program, using a medal system that celebrates each child’s efforts and achievements—from beginner to expert refinement.

From age 4, young skiers can join our small-group lessons (max 4 to 6 students) for supportive guidance and progression at their own pace.
Each medal marks a concrete step in learning to ski, tailored to the child’s age, experience, and confidence.

How Do Children Earn Medals at Snocool?

At Snocool, there’s no pressure, no competition—ESi medals are awarded in a supportive, motivating spirit.
Each children’s ski lesson concludes with a continuous assessment by the instructor, based on:

  • Observation of progress and technique
  • Listening to the child’s feelings
  • Adapting exercises to their pace

🎯 Goal: Recognise achievements and celebrate every young skier’s efforts.

At the end of the week, each child receives:

  • An ESi medal
  • a diploma signed by the instructor

This special moment is a weekly ritual that builds pride, boosts confidence, and inspires them to keep learning.

Good to Know:

  • Medals are awarded to all children in group lessons
  • In private lessons, medals are given after 3 sessions
  • Equivalencies with other systems (ESF, Evo2, Oxygène) available on request
