Tignes, Val d'Isère and Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise ski school

I just wanted to say that I’m really delighted with Maxime as an instructor. I feel he has trodden (perhaps it’s more accurate to say skied) superbly the delicate line between making sure we are safe and pushing us to develop. We’ve skied in places we would never otherwise have discovered. He’s also a good laugh.

Fred is a natural teacher with good communication skills and a great personality. He spent a lot of time teaching, including some on-piste training to refine our skills. He also understands the psychology of skiing and the way people deal with the challenge, able to encourage and correct at the appropriate time.

Thank you so much for having Mika and Sami in ski lessons last week. They had the most brilliant time with Tory and Chris and are both begging to go back next year. I am sure you hear it all the time but it was such a relief that they loved it as the last time we went skiing they weren’t nearly so eager to get to ski school every day. They both improved so much over the week and their confidence is sky high which is fantastic. You have a wonderful team.

I just wanted to say thank you to Snocool for making our week of skiing in Ste Foy so enjoyable. Two of my kids had a very bad experience with ski lessons in another ski resort last year and were saying that they never wanted to ski again but a week of lessons with Tom and Patrick has given them back their love of skiing.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and the Snocool team for being amazing instructors last week. Steven was simply fantastic in helping Tayler on her first skiing trip. Patrick was so patient with us adults on the slopes.

Dear Misha, You have an amazing team and if possible could you thank all of them once again from the Collins Family.

I just wanted to tell you that Leonardo was absolutely brilliant teaching my two small girls (aged 4 and 6) to ski. I don’t know how he did it – to get them from nothing to coming down Les Charmettes in 6 hours was incredible! And they had so much fun doing it.

I was asked by our group to write a note to say a big thank you to you and Denis for the ski tuition that you organised and Denis delivered.It was agreed by us all that Denis was the best instructor that we have ever had, and that he made our visit to Tignes one of the best ski holidays we’ve had.
