We are very excited to inform you that Snocool will open a new ski school office in Sainte Foy Tarentaise.
The office is located next to the "Maison à Colonne" directly on the piste.
To be able to offer the best options for the families looking for private and group lessons, we've gathered a great team of young, dynamic native or english speaking fully qualified instructors.
You will appreciate our new concept of very small group lessons limited to 6 people maximum per group offering 5 different ski levels.
In addition, we still provide our great service of private lessons and guiding - Please read below, a guest feedback of last season :
“I can honestly say this was the best family ski holiday, if not one of the best ski holidays, I’ve ever had”. Three of the children had ski lessons. Rather than put them into the ESF Ski School we decided to get them private lessons with Snocool, primarily so that the adults could ski more in the morning as we determined how long the lesson was. However, we were so pleased that we did – the instructor was a fluent English speaker, the tuition was excellent and, as there was only three of them, really intensive. The instructor developed their individual potential, rather than just trying to get the whole class to a set standard, so by day two they were happily skiing blue runs.

On tuesday 15th November 2011, Fred which is ski and snowboard instructor in Tignes did a beautifull ski touring trip to Roc de Bassagne (Val d'Isere - Isere springs).
From Val d'Isere we've parked our car at Pont St Charles. We started to walk and carry our skis for 200m before wereach the snow.
On the way down we skied about 1000m vertical without any problems.
The snow was fresh and light for at list 400 mts vertical.
Not bad for this incredibly dry automn.
It's always good snow somewhere in our valley!
