Tips to help you to organise your snow vacation in Tignes, Val d'Isere and Sainte Foy en Tarentaise.

►For any kind of ski and snowboard lesson:

- Ski goggles with mirror lens (sunny days) or orange lens (flat light).

- Sun screen and lip balm maximum protection.

►Ski pass - Beginner ski and snowboard lessons:

►Off-piste skiing and snowboarding session:

-Freeride "fat boys" skis.

-Freeride board and boots (avoid step-in).

-Camel back or bottle of water/energy drink.

-Energy bar.

-Bring your safety kit (transceiver, shovel, probe). if you don't have it, let us know, we will lend you one.

►Freestyle ski and snowboard coaching:

-Ski helmet and back protection required.

-Freestyle skis (double tips).
