On tuesday 15th November 2011, Fred which is ski and snowboard instructor in Tignes did a beautifull ski touring trip to Roc de Bassagne (Val d'Isere - Isere springs).
From Val d'Isere we've parked our car at Pont St Charles. We started to walk and carry our skis for 200m before wereach the snow.
On the way down we skied about 1000m vertical without any problems.
The snow was fresh and light for at list 400 mts vertical.
Not bad for this incredibly dry automn.
It's always good snow somewhere in our valley!
